This townhouse project is composed of 4-plex and 6-plex units in phase 2 development of a master planned mixed-use community which located west of downtown Hangzhou. The elevation design brings in authentic Spanish and Tuscan style elements and color schemes to buildings creating an interesting asymmetrical facade on the symmetrical horizontal massing. In addition, a pleasant street scene is provided by using different color schemes plotting on site.
