This is an infill residential project which is located in the city of Santa Ana. To achieve efficient land use and desired density on a narrow, long and rectangular site, a cluster concept of housing layout used in site planning. A typical cluster is consisted of six plans with three building types. Floor plans are 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2-car garage. Area ranges from 1,800 SF to 2,139 SF. Units facing street have special architectural treatments, i.e. front porch, deeper recess window opening, window shutters.
