Balearas at La Costa Greens

   The luxury villas project is located in a gated community in the city of Carlsbad, San Diego. There are four plan types with three different elevation styles. Plan area ranges from 3,723 SF to 4,913 SF. Elevation styles include Cottage, Craftsman, Monterey, Santa Barbara, Spanish Colonial and Tuscan. The lot sizes vary in width (79' or 84') and depth (100', 105', 110' and 115') to allow different size of house plans plotted on site. Floor plan design creates various layouts, i.e. side courtyard, central courtyard, to provide different life style opportunity.
