This site with an area approximately 83,442 square meters is one of the townhouse developments in a master planned mixed-use community located west of downtown Hangzhou. The site slopes from south to north, and has a view of the community lake at west. This site has two districts, the north one has gentle slopes while the south one has moderate to steep slopes. The major goal is to achieve maximum FAR yield. The concepts of development are following natural contours as much as possible and create cluster layout pads to achieve: an efficient plotting, arranging buildings' major rooms facing south and view, providing a continuous vehicular circulation and pedestrian walkways. A hillside village theme is the main image created for this project. This proposal provides 118 units of townhouses with 6 plan types and plan area ranges from 162 to 258 square meter (Expandable from 181 to 279 square meter).
