This townhouse project is composed of 4-plex and 6-plex units in phase 3 development of a master planned mixed-use community located west of downtown Hangzhou. There are six floor plans which are two end-unit plans with 7, 8 and 9 meter width and 4 interior-unit plans with 7-meter wide. The end-unit plans have covered porch and entry facing either street or internal walkway. Total of eight building types are composed by mix using four end-units and two interior-units. Unit area ranges from 162 to 258 square meter (Expandable from 181 to 279 square meter). All units have a sunken yard located on either front or rear connected to basement level. The elevation design brings in Tuscan Farm and Italian Villa style elements and colors to buildings creating an interesting asymmetrical facade.
