This proposed project including a main house remodel and a new 868 SF ADU design. 156 SF area is added at living room and dining room, meanwhile redesign the kitchen to create an open concept layout. A covered porch is added at front and the façade is converted to a contemporary style with siding. The ADU has two bedrooms and two baths, located on the rear side of the property with its own access at left side of the main house. The front and rear yards are still utilized by the main house residents.
