A master plan for a golf resort community about seven miles west of downtown Austin. On-site proposal includes an 18-hole golf course, a club house, and residential areas with various lot size. The main concept of site planning is placing a club house at central core of site with various types of detached single family houses, then golf course embrace residential areas at perimeters. Most houses have a view of either the golf course or surrounding landscaping.
