The site is composed of three blocks with area of 336 MU. Development programs include residential housing, community facilities, retail shops and parks. The concept starts with an innovational approach to create a community that provides not only a nice place to live, but also a welcome gathering place for surrounding neighborhoods. There are four proposed dwelling units, 110 SM, 130 SM, 150 SM and 180 SM and three building types with different composition of dwelling unites and various building stories. The total residential area is 410,440 SM. The architectural facade reveals European Normandy style to accommodate buildings to outdoor landscape design.
