With over 7,300 MU of area the project development includes cutlural center, hospitality complex, recreational entertainment, retail, offices, senior housing, farmer's housing, villas, club house, religious sanctuary, horse racing track, flying club and ecological park. The main tasks are creating a cultural and recreational destination for regional and local visitors, and a resort community for senior living and vacation. Two main entrances are provided to enter the site, and connect to a loop street which serves as a major articular circulation to each designated district.
