These are conceptual elevations study for a high density senior apartment complex in the city of Laguna Niguel. Because of the 35' height limit at major roof, the design is trying to break a long horizontal massing and create more vertical elements as well as bringing in different details applying to repetitive massing. The Spanish Colonial style elevations are composed of authentic details from traditional houses.
