This proposed master planned golf residential resort community is located in a 3,000 MU hilly site which is adjacent to the famous National Qingcheng Mountain scenery. The main concept is developing a standard 18-hole golf course with various product size of villas and townhouses, also utilize or preserve existing natural features, i.e. creeks, well-grown trees for golf course and community landscape design as much as possible.
